Congratulations to Moravian Graduate alumna, Jessica Miller, on her new role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Boscov’s Department Store, LLC!
In this position, Miller is responsible for the entire Human Resources Division, including the corporate office and individual store HR managers. She is tackling strategic-level work and hoping to lead the division in modernization and innovation.
Miller earned her master’s of science in human resource management from Moravian in 2018. The program allowed her to grow as a professional and as a person by helping her understand her strengths and leadership potential. Additionally, the connections she made with classmates provided valuable learning experiences and networking opportunities. Miller stated, “I learned as much from my colleagues as I did from my professors, which was fantastic!”
