The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) featured a story this month about Elevate, Moravian University’s undergraduate experience which prepares students to stand out to potential employers or graduate schools.
The article, “Moravian’s Undergraduate Experience Elevates Students’ Career Readiness”, explores how Elevate prepares students for meaningful careers and long-term success upon graduation. Currently, 98% of Moravian’s students land a job or head to graduate school within 10 months of graduation.
The article is featured under the best practices section of NACE’s career readiness page. Established in 1956, NACE is a professional association that connects more than 17,000 college career services professionals, early talent recruiting and university professionals, and the business solution providers that serve this community. NACE forecasts hiring and trends in the job market, tracks starting salaries, recruiting and hiring practices, and student attitudes and outcomes, as well as identifying best practices and benchmarks.
