Bryon Grigsby '90 speaks at the HUB open house event on November 12.

Moravian University President Bryon  Grigsby ’90 was recently the subject of the thought leadership series, President to President, from Scott D. Miller, the president of Virginia Wesleyan University.

In “Building Campus Belonging at Moravian University,” Grigsby shares how he and other campus leaders inspire school pride and campus unity by using meaningful touchpoints that encourage students to celebrate cherished university traditions, connect with each other, and honor the university’s legacy of service.

This year’s President to President series titled, “Intentional Efforts in Belonging,” features perspectives and insights from 10 leading college and university presidents who are creating opportunities for thoughtful conversations, strengthening connections between campus community members, and fostering genuine feelings of belonging. Each chapter in the series provides an in-depth view of the strategic, human-centered frameworks these leaders use as they approach challenges, transitions, and potential opportunities.
