BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Construction is well underway at Moravian University’s Haupert Union Building.

But while the building may look like your average construction site, nothing could be further from the truth.

“It’s designed around student wellness and making sure that every single student is both physically and mentally well to handle college and life thereafter,” said Bryon Grigsby, Moravian University President.

When the 70,000-square-foot, $45 million building is completed, it will go beyond learning to become the first WELL certified building in the Lehigh Valley.

WELL stands for wellbeing.
